Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the personal data you share through this website is processed within the scope described below.

Personal data is collected through this site via the following channels:
- Pre-consultation request form: full name, email, phone number, age range, package of interest, goal, current situation and available time information.
- “Where Are You in Your Career?” quiz: email address and answers.
- Client Survey: experience answers and preference on whether name/experience may be shared.
Purposes of Processing
The data collected is processed in order to contact you, schedule a pre-consultation/appointment, recommend a suitable service or package, deliver the information you requested (e.g. your awareness test result), and improve the quality of service.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the legal basis, under Article 5 of the KVKK, of your explicit consent or its direct connection to the establishment/performance of a contract.
Data Transfer
Your personal data is not shared with third parties, other than service providers supplying the form/survey infrastructure (e.g. Google Forms, email service providers).
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and within the framework of legal retention obligations. At the end of this period, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; request that any correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result that is against you arising from analysis of the data; and request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.
